Frequently Asked Questions:

1) Where is my parcel?

Firstly most orders arrive within good time and there are no issues. However, shipping from the UK can sometimes be long. Please note a good case scenario is that a package from the UK can arrive within the scheduled time, up to or within 2 weeks. This is the norm and mostly the case but it has also been known to arrive in less than a week or in up to 6 weeks ! Don't panic if your parcel is the worst case scenario, it will eventually arrive. I stress that this is rare but can sometimes happen. Contact me with more information on this.

2) Can I have additional photos sent by email?

I try to accurately describe my vintage items, but I am always happy to answer further questions and send additional photographs. I often have more of something or similar tucked away, as my stocks are huge. So please email me if you would like to know something or need anything in particular. I am happy to help and look through my large stock.

3) Do you gift wrap?

I am happy to offer gift wrapping and gift messages. Please contact me with any special request and I will do my best to fulfill it.
